Shipping, Returns and Refunds


For your convenience we offer a variety of different shipping/collection options:

Collections: directly from our Edgemead, Cape Town office: free
   >> usually ready within 24 - 48 hours, unless otherwise arranged

Local delivery: to your door within a 25km radius of Edgemead: R75
  >> delivered within 48 hours (delivered during working hours)

Nationwide delivery: to you door within all main centres in SA: R115
   >> 2 - 5 working days depending on location (delivered during working hours)
  >> additional fees may apply to outlying/remote locations - kindly contact us before placing your order

*Exclusions to the above delivery periods may occur over holidays, long weekends and promotional periods such as Black Friday.


Please contact us to arrange a return. If the item has broken within the warranty period then we will arrange the courier to come and collect so that we can check the product and then send a replacement or issue a refund.


Should you decide that you no longer want the item then please note that we can only issue a refund if the packaging is unopened and the item is unused. In this instance please understand that we will ask for you to cover the cost of the courier back to us. We will issue the refund once we have received the item and assessed its condition.

When issuing a refund, we will process the refund back to you using the same payment method which was used for the order. Please note that refunds to credit cards can take 7 days to reflect back in your account.
